What is a good moveset for Galarian Rapidash?

I know Pastel Veil prevents poisoning but Anticipation is very good too, maybe even better than Pastel Veil since
1. Toxic isn't a Tm is SwSh anymore, so its way rarer than in previous generations
2. Most Toxic users are poison type, and who in their right mind would send out a poison type against a 100 base atk part psychic type?

A fast attacker. Zen Headbutt and Play Rough are STAB. High Horsepower is coverage to combat steel types. The last moveslot is preference.

defeat all dark types beforehand and find a good opportunity to set up, like with a toxic staller. proceed to sweep teams with an lc Pokemon. ponyta has surprisingly good stats for a lc Pokemon. watch out for phazers and haze.
