When will the ongoing Pokémon Home maintenance end?

I need the starter gift, and I downloaded the update, but it is saying that it is undergoing maintenance. When will this end?

1:00 UTC May 19 is the given latest time for maintenance to be over. However there are apparently people with access already so maintenance may already be done (they just didn't change the error message). They're staggering the access to keep the server from being overworked. 1:00 UTC is likely the time when all users will have access, though am not sure if that's also referring to that or just the maintenance.

I probably should've made it an answer in the first place but anyways yeah. Its been a day and I assume that access to Home has been distributed to everyone at this point.
