How do removed moves work in BDSP?

I'm curious about this one since I don't have a Switch myself. If you transfer something, like Garchomp that knows Scale Shot or Latios with Mystical Fire from HOME to BDSP, would that transfer work or is it not allowed?

This is from Scale Shot's page. I assume it means that if you transfer a Garchomp with Scale Shot into BDSP, it will not be able to use Scale Shot.

Like CyberHedgehog IV said, it won’t be able to be used in battle and the description will say “This move can’t be used. It’s recommended that this move be forgotten. Once forgotten, this move can’t be remembered.” However, you will still be allowed to use the Pokémon that you transferred, just not the move that isn’t allowed.
