Which Pokemon can't be obtained in any Switch Pokemon games?

Question

List all the Pokemon that cannot be obtained/transferred into any Pokemon game released for the Nintendo Switch (LGP/E, Sw/Sh, BD/SP, PLA, S/V).

Also assume that you do not transfer any Pokemon from Pokemon Bank (3DS games or earlier) or Pokemon GO into Pokemon HOME, only obtain the Pokemon within the Switch titles (both in-game and events).

As of Legends: Z-A's Mega Dimension DLC, all previous unobtainable Pokémon are now obtainable on the Switch. Refer to the list below for all Switch titles excluding Z-A.

Magearna (While its Original Color form is obtainable through Pokemon Home as a gift Pokémon, the requirements of obtaining it is to complete the National Dex, which requires the use of Pokémon games outside of the Switch titles)
Melmetal (Like Magearna, Melmetal is a gift Pokémon in Home as well. However, it still requires the use of transferring any Pokémon in from Pokémon Go)

Pokémon completely unobtainable in any Switch titles

Note that all of these Pokémon are obtainable in Legends Z-A's base game, not requiring the DLC.

I don't have a particular source to list, since answering the question involved going back and forth between Serebii's list of unobtainable/transfer only Pokemon for the switch titles, and checking Bulbapedia to see which mythical Pokemon didn't recieve events for the switch titles

- While the Alolan Rattata line is obtainable in LGP/E, it is completely unobtainable in any Gen 8/9 titles (you also can't transfer any Pokemon that had originated from Bank, GO Transporter, or has ever been in a Gen 8/9 title into LGP/E)
