How does Rattled interact with Infestation?

Question

I was wondering if anyone knows if a Rattled Pokemon's speed will increase every time by a binding move (i.e Infestation) for every turn that it takes damage

I tested it on Pokemon Showdown! When Shuckle used Infestation, only the first hit registered a Rattled Speed boost. The rest of the binding turns did not increase its Speed.
