Can you trade between games on the same device?

I just wanna start a new White save file and need to transfer some Pokemon. Can I trade between White and Black 2?

To the OP,
As per site rules, we cannot answer your question in regard to your laptop since that falls under unofficial content (and, pirating is illegal). However, we can answer otherwise In regards to official material. If you’re insistent for an answer that will help you in this particular situation, then this forum isn’t a place for your question, sorry.

It was impossible to get Pokemon between games without using another system until Pokemon Bank in Generation 6.

Because Black 2 and White are Generation 5 games, you cannot trade from one game to another on the same system. You must trade with a second system.

Bank isn't technically trading because it doesn't evolve trade evolutions. A slight difference, but an important one.
