PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

Ok this will probably sound dumb, but I saw on a website that you can get another koraidon after the story. I looked this question up and found no answer, probably because the games recently came out. I was wondering if they are like the ultra beasts and can be caught as many times as you want, or you can only catch a max of 1 or 2 per save file.

Gen IX is also one of the few Pokémon iterations that will actually let you capture more than one of a specific Legendary Pokémon.

As you journey deep into Area Zero and the Great Crater of Paldea, players have a chance to encounter a wild parallel to their game’s title Legendary. This is a static encounter you can reach after beating the game and is likely there so players can freely trade their version exclusive with friends without needing to worry about breaking the game by removing the one that can enter Ride Mode.

Yes, you can catch another one after you finish the story, primarily so you can have one to ride and battle with at the same time.

You can also get one by trading with someone, however most people only trade koraidon for miraidon and Vice versa. I was lucky to find one who traded roaring moon for miraidon.
