What is there to do in the post-game of Pokemon Scarlet / Violet?

Question

Post-game being after the whole Zero-Lab scene and everything.

The only thing I could find is battling the gym leaders again, which seems like a waste of time.

When you go to Naranja/Uva Academy in the post-game, you can talk to Penny, Nemona, and Arven.

Post-game content in Paldea:
- Compete in the Academy Ace Tournament (unlocks Penny, Nemona, and Arven’s dorms)
- Higher star Tera Raids
- Obtain Herba Mystica from 5 and 6 star Tera Raids
- Rematch the Gym Leaders

Post game content in Kitakami (the Teal Mask):
- After completing both DLCs, you can unlock the epilogue and catch Pecharunt.
- Catch the Loyal Three
- After completing the Indigo Disk, you can visit the Crystal Pool

Post game content in Blueberry Academy (the Indigo Disk):
- Access the League Club
- Via the League Club, rematch various trainers
- Donate to various clubs to unlock features via the League Club (including the Item Printer)
- Talk to Amarys to give Miraidon/Koraidon to ability to fly
- Catch many different Legendary Pokemon by talking to Snacksworth
- Obtain Stellar Tera Shards

After beating the gyms you do a tournament where you get a champion rematch, along with winning letting you go to Penny, Arven, and Nemona's dorms. Then you can do the tournament as many times as you want, and winning gives valuable reward like bottle caps and unobtainable nature mints.
You also unlock higher star raid battles, along with sidequests for black crystal six star raids.

Well, there are four other legends, but to do that you need to take  all history classes, and they are available before beating the game.
