I'm pretty sure there isn't, at least, not in the base game. But if you have good Pokemon for raids farming EXP Candies is stupid easy.

There is nothing like that, unfortunately. There is no wait/timed boost to Pokemon such as the sauna or pokejobs. The only thing you can get to get less work is the DLC for the Teal Mask as the minigame awards mochi which is a form of EV gaining. They also have a reset gummi like the white bag from XY.
