How do I get Kecleon in Pokemon GO?

Question

An Invisible Kecleon was blocking my Rewards of a Poke Stop, I got the Rewards and it flew away! After seeing that one, I want one, and hey, I remember About Kecleon getting in Pokemon GO, but I didn't know how it got in but today I got my answer, but still, How do I get Kecleon in Pokemon GO?

Apparently, your suppose to tap on him until he runs away on the pokestop location, then He should Spawn on the map close by.

Apparently their is a Glitch to where if you leave the stop to fast, he won't Spawn. https://niantic.helpshift.com/hc/en/6-pokemon-go/faq/3785-kecleon-known-issues/
