Tested this With my Swalot against a Vespiquen.
Gastro Acid had no problem connecting and removing my opponents Pressure. Used Acid Spray next and confirmed it only used 1PP.
Conclusion, Tera Raid Pokemon can have their abilities Supressed with Gastro Acid.
