No. Event raids aren't preloaded into the game for specific dates, connecting to the internet downloads the data they need to Spawn. Then, when the event ends, connecting to the internet again
sends a different code to erase that Spawn data, meaning that once you get the Spawn data, of you never con ect to the internet again, it will continue to Spawn daily until you reconnect.
But unless you have the Spawn data, changing the date will not Replicate event spawns.
