What shinies act different than their regular counterparts?

Question

Some shinies in Scarlet and Violet act different than their regular counterparts to make it less likely you will fail them. Examples include:

• Shiny Sudowoodo will jog away from you instead of sprinting away.
• Shiny Dunsparce will hop away from you instead of burrowing into the ground.
• Shiny Sandygast won't dissolve in the rain.
• Shiny Voltorb won't explode in the overworld.

What are all the examples of shiny Pokemon being programmed to not be failed in the overworld?

Doesn't Drifloon not fly away if it's Shiny and it's windy?

shiny wigglet doesn't disappear after digging into the ground, applin doesn't disappear after falling onto the ground
(also regular zorua and zoroark can't disguise as shinies, not sure if that counts)

@mee, yes, shiny Drifloon (as well as Pokemon like Hoppip) don't float away when it's windy.

@ケンサさん, both forms of Wiglett pop up when you go far enough away from them, regular Applin doesn't seem to disappear after falling onto the ground, and Ditto/Zorua/Zoroark don't count.

I never knew Igglybuff was that of a balloon to fly away in the wind. Does Jumpluff do this too?
