This means Pokemon in the branches like Primeape, Pokemon hanging from the branches like Pineco and Tarountula, and Pokemon on the tree like Spidops. I'd also like to know the areas where they spawn.

Pineco
Forretress
Bounsweet
Mankey
Primeape:
Applin (in trees) (click on the applin)
Tarountula (can be hanging on branches): (I guess you're making a list yourself)
Spidops (can be on a tree):
Grafaiai
Murkrow (appears at night)
Corvisquire (Whiteout for a shiny in a tree)
Swovet(Can be found in trees, probably have to knock it down with dashing in the trees) (
Greedent (not sure about this one) (seems more comment on the ground for me)
Slakoth (remember it myself and it makes a lot of sense as it is a sloth and why I keep not finding them)
Ditto (mentioned by Ryter the greater (and honestly it does make a lot of sense) (link to be added I have to go one page at the time to save data)

Note that some of them on Serebii do not show that they can be in trees, so my search is not 100% at the moment and I'm doing it one by one. Didn't include Pachirisu because of this.

Edit: I think now that's it completed. That's everything serebii has and it's late.
Edit: Also probably any bird Pokemon as I knocked down a fletchinder from a tree. Maybe except corviknight as it is way too heavy for branches.

This isn't a complete answer.
I know Whiteout. There's also Bounsweet. It's just it's hard to get all the info. In one go. Especially since the Pokedex isn't precise although Serebii (Serebi does have an In-Depth details section) or Bulbapedia,

Pineco: https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/pineco/locations.shtml
Forretress: https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/forretress/#location

For Bounsweet for Scarlet & Violet: https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/bounsweet/locations.shtml

Mankey: https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/mankey/locations.shtml (it's just hard to type it all so, rather give the link.
Primeape: https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/primeape/locations.shtml

Applin (in trees): https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/applin/locations.shtml (click on the applin)

Tarountula (can be hanging in branches): https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/tarountula/locations.shtml (I guess you're making a list yourself)
Spidops (can be on a tree): https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/spidops/locations.shtml

Edit: I think that's all the Pokemon.
Still isn't complete, I know it's missing some like Grafaiai, Murkrow, and Corvisquire. However, that's all I can remember off the top of my head, I'm not sure if there's any more or not.
Oh I completly forgot Grafai xD.
And I believe ditto can disguise itself as these, and can therefore be found in trees
For Corvisquire, I know because I found a shiny one in a tree :/
Oh. What about Zorua or Zoroark as they can both disguise themself as that? ;) Although I did find a Zorua as a Pinecon on the ground as it was disguised as a Pineco. That's how I caught my current Zorua that I'm using although I do have Skelerdirge so wouldn't need a dark type. :)

~Whiteøut~ I honestly didn't know they could be on trees but now I think about it does make sense as they are birds. xD
I've seen Pachirisu in trees
