The maximum Money your Character can have in Pokemon Black and White is 999,999 Credits. This money is easily obtainable by selling items you find in the Abyssal Ruins.

So why do I have over a million in my White?

I believe 999,999. Usally computers, when trying to say Infinite come up with a lot of 9s or a lot of 0s.
