When should I use the Moon Stone on Munna in B/W?

I'm doing a casual playthough on white and I just got the moon stone and I'm planning to use it on my muna so I'm wondering at what level I should use it at

My muna LV21

I suggest using it at Level 37 when it learns Psychic.

Evolve it as soon as possible. After level 21, the only move that's good in Munna's learnset is Psychic, which is also a TM. So it would likely be best to evolve as soon as possible for the stat boost.

Alternatively, it could be evolved after level 35, which is when Munna learns Calm Mind. However, setup is very rarely needed in-game.

I'm pretty sure the psychic TM is post-game exclusive, so you need to wait until level 37 if you want to use psychic against the last 2 gyms. Also calm mind is a good move if the opponent has one weak Pokemon that lets you use it before facing their stronger Pokemon.

You have 2 options, either evolve it at Level 37 when it learns Psychic. (the TM is post-game) Or you can evolve it when it is falling behind. By that I mean when you keep getting one shot by random wild Pokemon. You may need to evolve earlier to have it catch up with you other Pokemon.
