Is there an ability that can break through protect?

My friends said that one of his Pokemon has a ability that can hit Pokemon through protect cause we are building teams to battle with and we each give one hint to each other Pokemon and that's the hint

Unseen Fist and Piercing Drill, signature Abilities of the Urshifu forms and Mega Excadrill respectively, allow contact moves to deal 25% of their original damage through Protect. Prior to Pokemon Champions, Unseen Fist would hit through Protect at full power.
