Is there a limitless supply of evolutionary stones in B/W?

In Sinnoh there was the underground and HG/SS there was the Pokethalon. So is there a place like that in Unova?

Yes, that place is the Dustclouds in the caves. Once in awhile, you will find Stones and Gems. There is also Black City where you can buy the Elemental Stones as well.

and i believe in white if you have the correct people there's a chance to find them on the ground in white forest.  but dust clouds are the easiest way if you don't have black.
