Is there anyway to get the Red Orb in Pokemon S/V?

I want a primal groudon I sv so I need a red orb I would think you could bet for em.

No, you can't get the Red Orb in Pokemon SV, sorry. The latest games the Red Orb was in was Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Moon games. (Source)

Also, there's no other item to get Primal Groudon in SV either since Primal reversions aren't in the game.
