Is Rayqauaza shiny locked in Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX?

so I recently got MDRTdx and I know some Pokemon can be shiny is it possible for rayquaza to be shiny?

Only 27 Pokémon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX have the ability to be shiny, and Rayquaza is not one of them. Rayquaza isn’t necessarily shiny-locked, because a shiny form doesn’t even exist in the game.
