Still no movesets for him, uh? Lemme fix that. Here is a annoyer Physically Defensive set.

GEN 9 UU

Wormer (Hydrapple) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Calm / Sassy Nature
- Draco Meteor / Fickle Beam
- Recover
- Dragon Tail
- Infestation / Syrup Bomb

Tera Fairy gets rid of your weaknesses to Dragon and Bug. Draco Meteor is STAB, but you can use its signature move Fickle Beam as well since its pretty decent. Recover is healing. Dragon Tail can force the opponent to switch, so no Dragon Dance / Calm Mind for u. Infestation is good residual damage , but you can use Syrup Bomb to slow down opponents.

Have fun using it!

You can run this set as a Set up helper by Yawning then switching in to the pokemon you want, or as a trickroom sweeper, or as a switch damager (Have a pokemon set up as many hazards as possible the just dragon tail)
hydrapple aint dropping, he's pretty highly ranked on the viability rankings.
Editing since Sleep moves got banned and he dropped.
Thxs for the set got a 10 win streak with this! thxxx

My first moveset I've made here, so I hope ppl enjoy :D

Hydrapple @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Nature: Modest / Quiet

  • Dragon Pulse / Fickle Beam
  • Energy Ball
  • Tera Blast
  • Earth Power

Tera Steel removes a lot of weakness like Bug, Dragon, Fairy, Ice.
Dragon Pulse is reliable STAB, and Fickle Beam is a slightly weaker gamble, both works depending on preferences.
Energy Ball is more STAB.
Tera Steel Blast is AMAZING for weakness coverage; it hits Fairy and Ice super effectively and is just super good to surprise opponents.
Earth Power is to deal with other Steel types and also hits Electric Types too.

I hope this set is good!

Hydrapple @ Leftovers
Ability: Supersweet Syrup
Tera Type: Stellar
EVs: 68 Def / 252 SpA / 188 SpD
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Draco Meteor
- Protect / Tera Blast
- Recover / Tera Blast

This is meant for a double battle with another Pokemon having Contrary as its ability. (Malamar is a good choice because of skill swap and trick room.) Supersweet Syrup makes it easier for Leaf Storm and Draco Meteor to connect. The Tera type Stellar can just be whatever you want, but if you go with Stellar, Tera Blast is a must have.

Don't we all love the Specs?

Hydrapple @ Choice Specs
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Fickle Beam
- Energy Ball
- Tera Blast
- Earth Power

Specs are this guy's best friend. 120 Base Sp. Atk. is pretty nice. 558 is a pretty large number...

Fickle Beam is STAB that can randomly hit your opponent SUPER HARD. Same with Energy Ball, and the rare Sp. Def. drop could be a nice bonus. Tera Blast + Steel Tera covers Ice + Dragon weakness. Earth Power covers Steel. If you have a bad matchup, switch out and get some HP back.

If Fickle Beam's BP doubles... YOU SHALL DIE

Why not run Leaf Storm? And Earth Power is always needed due to being unable to hit Steel-types otherwise. Tera Blast also seems not so useful to have as coverage, I guess you can run Tera Steel for defensive typing but Tera Steel Blast has less targets and requires to use Tera. Also, why go for max Spe instead of max HP? Is there anything relevant you outspeed?
Idk how I didn't notice the speed. But yeah, you have a point, but I'm just not a fan of Leaf Storm. It essentially forces a switch after 1 use.
I mean, Hydrapple can still use max speed to tbf, low base speed doesn't always mean don't run speed EVs. You could also choose a specific speed benchmark to outspeed and put the rest of the EVs into HP. Also, you have 252 EVs in SpD assuming that wasn't intentional lol
