Snatch lets you steal the effect of your opponents attack. If you make good predictions you can easily steal stat upgrades that pokemon might not normally learn. for instance, lucario commonly has the attack swords dance to sharply raise his attack, So with careful prediction I could guess that lucario will start by doing this before attack, stealing his power and using it against him. But on the other hand you could have just used your own stat move instead, you can't prevent your opponent from doing so, but at least it's guaranteed. So unless you have very good prediction skills I would say no.
