What Pokemon are useable for the upcoming VGC season in Scarlet and Violet?

So, I'm preparing a team to use at the Baltimore center this upcoming center. Due to regulation H, you can't use Paradox, Legendary, Mythical, or any of the like Pokemon. I have no clue if it will be the same in Baltimore. Problem is I've tried searching and I can't find an answer. Will it follow Regulation H or the same from last year?

If you are talking about the Baltimore Regional Championships, Yes, they are using Regulation H.
