The breakdancers for the amulet coin in Pokemon black 2 is just not there for me?

It's not there at all. I checked the fountain, pier, narrow street, no where. I'm on Mistralton City in my progression.

The dancers who give the Amulet Coin are in Black and White, not Black/White2.

Castelia City, Street to Route 4. In the building on the left, an old man gives you an Amulet Coin on the first floor.
