In Gen 1-4, it had 85% accuracy. Now it has 90% accuracy, but it says if a poison type uses it, it gains infinite accuracy, even hitting Pokemon in an invincible stage (fly, dive, dig, etc). But I was playing emerald a little while ago, and my Crobat used Toxic. It missed.

When did Toxic have infinite accuracy when used by a poison type?

Gen 6 onwards.

Generation VI onwards
If Toxic is used by a Poison-type Pokémon, that move will never miss, even if the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Fly or Dig.
