If I'm understanding Bulbapedia correctly, in Gen 1, the damage the consecutive hits do is based on how much damage the first hit did. So according to that logic, a super effective hit would increase the damage the first hit does and in turn, the damage of the consecutive hits.

Then again, I have NOT played Gen 1, so take this with a gallon of salt.

Yes, it does.

Partial-trapping moves in gen 1 follow the same rule moves like double kick or barrage did. Every attack isn't exactly independent, as each attack does the same damage as the first. For example, if fire spin was super effective, each hit would technically be super effective, doing more damage than if it was a normal hit.
