What I want to know is once dragon cheer is used, how much will the crit ratios change.

It depends on the type of the Pokemon Dragon Cheer is taking effect on. If it has Dragon as a type it's two stages of crit ratio, if it doesn't then it's one.

"Dragon Cheer increases the user's allies' critical-hit ratio by one stage. If the affected Pokémon are Dragon-type, their critical-hit ratio is increased by two stages instead."

What are the odds of a +2 c-h ratio Pokémon landing a crit? cos I thought Focus Energy raised it by 1, making it 1/2 likely to land one, but guaranteed crits seems a bit overpowered?
