Are the stats of the Pokémon in Gens 8 and 9 good despite no national Pokedex?

Question

So a thought came to mind folks, despite no national pokedex are the Pokemon who got added into Pokemon Scarlet, Violet, Sword and Shield good not including pesudo legendaries?

With the removal of the National Dex, the gamedevs aimed to make the games with the inclusion of old strong and weak Pokémon, and with the creation of both old strong and weak Pokémon. It isn't straight-cut "all the Pokémon are bad", or "all of them are good". There's a nice mix of all.
