Honestly don’t use staraptor there are better intimidators and better final gambit users but if you insist on using it here is an answer.
Staraptor isn’t all that useful but it does have one useful niche which is as a choice scarf final gambit user. Staraptor can lead with something like Calyrex ice rider and use final gambit to hopefully trade its self for one of the enemy restricted Pokemon while Calyrex sets up trick room and then on the following turn you can send something like Ursaluna out to start sweeping with. This strategy does however fall apart if your opponent fakes out your staraptor or does anything to chip staraptor due to staraptor’s due to its awful bulk. In general use Annihilape over staraptor because it’s Immune to fake out but if you insist on using staraptor use it as a final gambit user.
