How to fix error code 20110 with DNS glitch in Pokémon Diamond?

Kept getting error code 20110 when trying to get mystery gifts through the "DNS Glitch" in Pokémon Diamond, genuinely do not know what I'm doing wrong, I used the DNS code 178. 62. 43. 212 for both primary and secondary, and I put my hotspot settings on "open". Any help?

Can you start over using this guide https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/383345#a419223 if you didn't already and tell me how you went? Note error 20100 and 20110 are different, double check you didn't mix them up.
