Anyone know how to trade with NPCs in league club room?

Question

I want the free shiny blitzle in Pokémon violet but no matter how many times I invite an npc they don’t want to trade! Can someone please tell me how?

You have to invite each NPC to the League Club Room three times. After their third visit, they will offer to trade with you. A list of these Pokemon can be found in the source linked below.
