Only including mainline games, for example:

[game/region]: [Number of Pokémon in corresponding Dex] x9

you can pretty easily figure this out by selecting the last pokemon in their respective regional pokedexes, right? i can't remember non-regional pokemon being present in in a regional dex but my memory may be failing me.
