The rest of the Kalos region.
Is this for X/Y's regional dex or national dex?

(Context for this answer: I can't read properly. So it's in two parts)

If you're asking what Pokemon are in XY that are not in Z-A, then here's the list:
Zigzagoon, Linoone, Caterpie, Metapod, Butterfree, Bidoof, Bibarel, Dunsparce, Azurill, Marill, Azumarill, Burmy, Wormadam, Mothim, Surskit, Masquerain, Corphish, Crawdaunt, Goldeen, Seaking, Psyduck, Golduck, Farfetch’d, Ledyba, Ledian, Combee, Vespiquen, Skitty, Delcatty, Doduo, Dodrio, Plusle, Minun, Gulpin, Swalot, Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume, Bellossom, Sentret, Furret, Nincada, Ninjask, Shedinja, Kecleon, Smeargle, Croagunk, Toxicroak, Ducklett, Swanna, Volbeat, Illumise, Hoppip, Skiploom, Jumpluff, Munchlax, Snorlax, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud Zubat, Golbat, Crobat, Axew, Fraxure, Haxorus, Drifloon, Drifblim, Mienfoo, Mienshao, Zangoose, Seviper, Spoink, Grumpig, Zorua, Zoroark, Gothita, Gothorita, Gothitelle, Bonsly, Sudowoodo, Spinda, Tediursa, Ursaring, Lickitung, Lickilicky, Ditto, Druddigon, Deino, Zweilous, Hydreigon. Yes, there may be some errors, I've had 10 hours of sleep in the last week, sorry if there is.

If you're asking about features, then the list is something like this:
XY's Turn based battle system is gone (Replaced with time cooldowns and aiming)
because of the fact that tall grass was last featured in Sword and Shield, there are no horde battles.
some social mechanics like Friend Safari are gone.

What was your process for figuring this out?
Based on https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/game/x-y and https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/game/legends-z-a there are 457 Pokemon in X/Y's regional dex and 232 in LZA's. So there should be hundreds of mons in the answer, plus hundreds more if counting X/Y's full national dex.
Yeah, but you really expect me to put a hundred or so more pokemon when I wasn't even 100% sure what they were asking? I was trying to help, but apparently I should just not. Like, if they wanted more, I would've needed context about the exact question. Also, it's okay to be wrong once in a while. You don't have to call me out. I get it, don't get me wrong, but still.
If a question is unclear or confusing, it's best to leave a comment asking for clarifying details instead of posting an incomplete answer. It's completely fine for others to call out incorrect answers, and it's usually not out of hostility. Just keep their comments in mind so you can learn and improve when working on future answers.
