Yes! Nidoran (Female) leaves the Field/Monster egg groups to join the Undiscovered egg group upon evolution to Nidorina.
When Nincada evolves, Ninjask remains in the bug egg group, while Shedinja becomes part of the mineral group. I'm pretty sure that's all, though (aside from baby pokemon).
