So first, you have to beat the main story of Mega Dimensions, then, I would recommend making a donut with sparkling power for grass or fighting, then find a hyperspace portal with Virizion. To hunt it effectively, take out the Throh nearby. Then save so you can run reset. I would recommend for this part, you just watch "How To Effectively Hunt Shiny Virizion" by AuroraAuraHD on Youtube, because I'm going to suck at explaining it, but from the defeated Throh, you can see a lamp post by the edge of the map, run to it, which despawns Virizion. Then, head to the directly visible lamp post that is closer to where you just were. Repeat this, running in circles, until your calories hits around (But not necessarily exactly) 1000. Then check if its shiny. If not, just close the game and reset. (Only reset if you saved) But tbh, while it's annoying, you CAN just make a donut, walk in, check, walk out if it's not shiny, repeat.
