Where is the NPC who wants to see a Corsola?

I remember encountering an NPC on Akala, probably an Aether Foundation guy, who wanted to see a Corsola. I have since went and caught the Corsola after doing some story stuff, but I don't remember where the NPC is. If anyone can help me find this NPC, that would be great!

The NPC that wants to see Corsola's Pokédex Entry is a professor at the Route 5 Pokémon Center. You don't need Corsola in your party to complete the quest.
