Should Gallade use a choice band or choice scarf?

Well, I figured my UU team lacks an offensive powerhouse, so Gallade jumped in my mind. I thought about it, and I realized that a Choiced Gallade will do even better - so my question is, A choice Scarf or a Choice Band?

I would definitely go for band. Gallade isn't fast enough to be a fast attacker, so building it bulky and giving it a band is the way to go. I would recommend not giving any moves like swords dance or protect if you give it a choice item, and instead commit fully to attacking. Give it moves like Close Combat, Brick Break, Shadow Sneak, Leaf Blade, Psycho cut, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Rock Slide, etc.

Gallade isn't bulky enough to be a bulky attacker. Giving it choice scarf lets it outspeed most Pokemon that don't have a choice scarf.

Hmm. I must say this is interesting, But I think a Choice Band would do better here, for an interesting twist.

80 Speed is worth being Scarfed on, but then You're basically Scarfing yourself to be a basic sweeper. But banding him, That takes his 125 Attack stat, and Shoots it up high.
With Ev's invested, to get his Defense to where he doesn't HAVE to go first, Hp gets a few to be slightly more bulky, Attack is obvious. And 32 Spd To outspeed things that Carry 80 Speed and have nothing to boost it.

If your Galade's nature is adamant give him choice scarf,
or choice band if it is Jolly.
