How rare is this misprint card?

I’ve got this blastoise card but it’s titled as a caterpie. Has the stats and such for a blastoise.
Was wondering if anyone knew how rare it is or how much it’d be worth?

You’d have to post a photo. There are prints where the card gets double printed, but most likely it’s a fake.
