No.

Future Sight uses the base Special Attack of the Pokémon that used the move, and the Pokémon you currently have in play has no effect on the damage done. (Unless they set Psychic Terrain, I don't know how that would affect it, but that's not part of the question, and anyways that's a field effect and could be set by the opponent for all we know. I need to know this now.)

Future Sight uses the original user's Special Attack and the hit Pokémon's Special Defense at the time damage is dealt. -Bulbapedia

Hope I helped.

Do you know what happens if a Pokemon uses future sight and then changes its type (non-psychic to psychic or psychic to non-psychic)? What happens if a Pokemon uses future sight, changes type, and then switches out? Would future sight get STAB in any of these situations?
I don't know. This would probably require testing, which I may have time to do later. The Bulbapedia entry implies that the attacking damage (The part of the damage formula that involves your Pokemon) is calculated when the move is used, and the defensive damage (The part that involves your opponent.) is calculated when it hits. I will be testing this sometime soon.
