Do different Pokemon in Unite have different hitboxes?

Question

I saw that Ho-Oh has a larger circle below it on the ground when it has a purple or orange buff compared to, say, Absol, and it got me thinking if it had a larger circle because it had a larger hitbox. I'm pretty sure the Kanto legendary birds have the larger circles too, so I don't know if it's just a flying thing.

Source: There is no way Squirtle and Falinks have the same hitbox.

EDIT: I can’t really find anything about so maybe not but obviously not ALL Pokémon since Falinks is so long.
