This is as a lead in Gen 9 OU.

Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psycho Boost
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes

This piece of DNA is meant to prevent other leads from setting up hazards, then set up rocks, then maybe spikes, then attack, then die. Psycho Boost is the one attack it will get off before it dies. Taunt is meant to prevent other leads from setting up hazards. The point of Stealth Rock is to set up stealthy rocks that float. Spikes is even more hazards, though you may not have enough time to set them up.
