This set has been good for as many Vgc regulations as it’s been legal and will probably still be good in any regulations it’s legal going into the future. Blood moon is a powerful stab that combined with Tera normal one shots most of the meta and hits ghost types thanks to its ability. Hyper voice is a strong spread move and that can activate throat spay for a Special attack boost or just do dammage with life orb. Earth power hits Inciniroar and the steel types that resist your normal type moves.
