An Eject Pack set Waterbull(which is what I'll be referring to it in this description because I CANNOT be bothered to type out Aqua Tauros or Tauros-Paldea-Aqua every time). The idea of using Eject Pack is to allow Waterbull to essentially act as a pivot / item remover (if you use Thief) since Close Combat lowering both defense stats lets you switch activate your Eject Pack and switch out after to a teammate. Thief is used on this set to allow Waterbull to steal crucial items from opposing Pokemon, being useful to remove Eviolite from Duraludon or Gligar or take a useful item Waterbull can utilize such as Heavy-Duty Boots. Thief synergizes well with Eject Pack since using your Eject Pack means you now have a free item slot to be able steal an item from opposing Pokemon. Bulk Up can be used instead if you prefer having a setup move to serve as a wincon. Thief also lets you hit Basculegion and Brambleghast super effectively, dealing more damage to them than Wave Crash without having to use Tera Water.(This also applies even if you steal a Choice Band from a Pokemon such as Basculegion lol) Tera Water is used to give Wave Crash and Aqua Jet more power, while Tera Steel is used to gain a nice defensive typing that lets Waterbull resist Psychic, Flying, and Fairy moves.
