What is a good build for elekid in Super Contests?

Question

I want to get a electivire with every ribbon (I don’t have anything at all Gen 3 so I’m starting with 4) and I want to do contests first. How do I get perfect contest stats and what moves are good on elekid in each category? This is in Platinum btw.

Thunderbolt
Quick Attack
Swift
Thundershock

For Tough:

Low Kick
Rock Smash
Thief
Focus Punch

For Clever:

Psychic
Toxic
Screech
Natural Gift

For Cute:

Captivate
Fling
Return
Rest

For Beautiful:

Charge Beam
Flash
Rain Dance
Light Screen

Make sure you read the description of each of the moves before you decide how to use them, and make sure you always have the corresponding scarf on them. These aren't the best moves but it's the most you could do with gen 4's limited move pool, hope this helps and good luck on your ribbon quest!
