This answer is based on the Pokemon Champions ladder, not the Pokemon Showdown ladder.

Common means the Pokemon likely has the form of priority, and Uncommon means the Pokemon could have the form of priority but is not a primary move choice. Lists are ordered off of how common the Pokemon is at the time of writing (Pokemon listed earlier are more common.)

Fake Out:
Common: Incineroar, Sneasler, Mega Raichu Y, Kangaskhan, Mega Scrafty
Uncommon: Grimmsnarl, Blastoise, Sableye*
*Ghost-type

Sucker Punch:
Common: Kingambit, Mega Mawile
Uncommon: Kangaskhan (non-Last Resort sets specifically), Meowscarada

Other common priority carriers:
Basculegion (Aqua Jet)*
Sylveon (Quick Attack)
Mega Metagross (Bullet Punch)
Maushold (Feint)
Ceruledge (Shadow Sneak)*
Mega Dragonite (Extreme Speed)
Talonflame (Dual Wingbeat / Brave Bird at full HP)**
Scizor (Bullet Punch)
*Ghost-type
**Since Talonflame at full HP commonly uses it to set up Tailwind, I don't recommend using Upper Hand against it even though its offensive Flying-type moves also have priority

For people looking out for priority in general, non-damaging priority will be listed below for the sake of completeness.

Wide Guard:
Common: Toxapex
Uncommon: Aerodactyl

Common redirection:
Rage Powder: Sinistcha, Vivillon, Mega Scovillain
Follow Me: Maushold

Ability-based:
Prankster: Whimsicott, Grimmsnarl, Sableye
Gale Wings: Talonflame

The Pokemon listed above are all top 50 or (in my opinion) have the potential to be around top 50 (Mega Scrafty, Mega Scovillain, and Scizor fall in the latter category at the time of writing.)

This was probably a bit overkill but that's just who I am ig
