What are the most abilities a Pokemon has?

With and without forms, with and without removed abilities, and if it affects amything, with and without event abilities so e.g.
- With forms: Ogerpon: Defiant (Teal Mask), Sturdy (Cornerstone Mask), Water Absorb (Wellspring Mask), Mold Breaker (Hearthflame Mask), Embody Aspect (all Terastallised forms).
- Without forms: Rockruff: Keen Eye, Vital Spirit, Steadfast, Own Tempo.
- With removed abilities: Litwick line: Infiltrator, Flash Fire, Shadow Tag, Cursed Body, tying with Rockruff (see above)
- Without event abilities: Litwick line (see above)
- Without any of the above: yeah nice try bud, I'm not typing out every single Pokemon with 2 abilities and a hidden one.

Other notable examples include:
Basculin with 5 abilities (each form shares 2 abilities, and has a unique third ability)
Revavroom with 7 abilities (normally has 2 abilities, but each of the 5 unobtainable Starmobiles have a unique ability)

As well as regional forms with different abilities from their base, though most of the time you still only get a total of 3-5 even between them all. Here are some of the more edge cases:
Meowth, despite having 2 regional variants, only has 5 abilities between all of them, leaving it matched by a good handful of Pokemon with only 1 variant.
Slowbro has both a regional and a mega, but once again only has 5 abilities between all of them.
Despite having 3 regional forms, Tauros only has 4 abilities between all of them.
Mr. Mime is notable for being the only regional variant with all 6 ability slots being unique between the two forms.

Revavroom remains the most at 7, but I didn't check removed abilities.

@Ditto ah, that must have not registered for me when I was first looking at it because it's a regular ability for one and the HA for the other. You're right, they only have 5 abilities.
