Can multiple Pokémon use instruct on 1 Pokémon?

Question

If I am in a triple battle and I have 2 Oranguru and they both use instruct on my Shuckle who is using bugbite (shuckle has also used bugbite the previous turn), will shuckle use bugbite three times instead of two times?

I believe I actually saw someone using instruct twice in a Tera Raid before but I don't have the clip.

Also couldn't this just be tested in a double battle, or does Instruct not work on opposing Pokemon?

If Instruct and Triple Battles were never in the same game, than a fan-made format might have an inaccurate portrayal of how the move actually works in game. It's best to test in-game just in case.

Bulbapedia says instruct does work on opponents in double battles.

Instruct's target will simply use the move again each time it's hit by instruct. In double battles, the instructed move targets the same Pokemon (or Pokemon slot) that it targeted before.
