can you trade black and white pokemon into diamond, pearl or platium

i have a friend who has pokemon black i want some of his pokemon from his black can he trade some pokemon into my diamond?

No, Poke Transfer works only one-way. Sorry. However, you CAN transfer Pokemon to him using Poke Transfer, if he's gotten there yet.
