How do I get Jirachi in any hoenn game?

Yeah I never knew how to get Jirachi but I want to... Please tell me how to get him

Jirachi can not be obtained in-game, many poeple on youtube have one but those are pokesaved or make through pokegen (basically defined cheating)

also look at Jirachi's pokedex page, it cleary says he it can not be found.

you should be able to get it by an event if you have a wireless adapter
