Are the 2 hits from dual chop as powerful as a single hit from dragon claw ?

Question

I've got a Haxorus with dragon claw and dual chop and I need to make room for another move.
What I'm asking is whether dual chop gets STAB for both hits, because I think STAB gives you x1.5 more power of a move, giving dragon claw a base power of 120, but will dual chop get a STAB bonus for both hits ( 2(40 x 1.5)) making 120 as well ?

Use Claw. It has better Acc

They have equal power but because it is two hits there is better chance of one being a critical and has the potential to break subs. Dragon-claw has 100% accuracy which is an advantage.
